My name is
Marcel
Hoster and i live in Timisoara, Romania. Our town is situated at the
borde with Serbia and Hungary, a few hours away from Belgrade or
Budapest. I breed schnauzers from 1990. My love for dogs started with
English cocker spaniels. Astor was our first dog, his best friend was Boss
(Alfar Ross), at the time surely the best giant schnauzer from Romania.
Once you have met a schnauzer, with his strong character, you won't give
away this breed.
Obviously, this my case too, the first
schnauzer in our home was Athos (Herculane As), Boss's son. Today's house
veteran, at his nine years, was year after year the best male in this part
of Romania. Unfortunately he was the only giant male with breeding right,
so mostly all of the giants from Timisoara have Athos or Boss on their
pedigree. Some years ago, with Athos in our home was Cindy (Cari de
Zanshin), she unfortunatelly left us at her's nine month.
The first standard schnauzer at Hoster
family was Cezar (Craig Terra Grifonis), who "benefits" from one of the
bes blood line in this part of Europe: Gino V.D. Goliathhohe, Utrillo del
Prillo. Diego and Delta Grifonis followed, they represent another best
quality blood line, coming from Dutch kennel V.D. Vanenblickhoeve and very
well known an appreciated male from America Halcyon's William Faulkner.
"the little one", Delta, is the first female in our kennel.
